Hudson Taylor 03-02-15

 Yesterday me and my friend Liam, // the-1999.blogspot.co.uk // went to see Hudson Taylor who are an Irish duo folk band. They have just released their album in Ireland and will be releasing the album in the UK soon.

We headed down to the riverside with our take away Nando's where we stood second in the queue.

After standing the queue for roughly 20 minutes we decided we needed a Costa to warm up and make the time go quicker.

Once we got in we made it to the front next to the barrier and soon the first support act came on. A good friend of Hudson Taylor played first, Jack Morris.

Jack made us all laugh with his lyrics and his performance was very good and pure because it was just him and his guitar.

// Wake Up In A Take Away Neon Light //

The next support band were Southern, who are siblings from Ireland. I absolutely loved their music style of alternative rock and their lyrics were very relatable.

// Just Think About It //

// It's Not That Easy //
// Where I Want To Be //

At last Hudson Taylor had arrived on to the stage, they played arrange of songs from their EP's and their new album.

// I Only Say It Cause I Care //

// Chasing Rubies, Chasing Gold //

We loved their choice of Doc Martens and Alfie's different style.

// Maybe I Wanna Get High //

// Though You May Have Won The Battle //

After a long night we were lucky enough to meet them at the end of the concert. Thank you to Alfie and Harry who played amazing and came to talk to us. Hope the rest of their tour goes well and Harry gets better soon. Please check out their music and the support acts,

Thank you for reading my blog, any tips and comments would be lovely. I took all my photos on my iPhone 6 so sorry if the quality isn't as good. It would mean a lot to me if you shared this around, thank you.
